Laurel bushes obstructing narrow footway….

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6145071.

….outside the ‘Bovis homes’ on the north side of Lubbock Road opposite ‘Kincraig’.

Now covering 2/3 of footway so not possible to easily/safely walk along with fast moving traffic inches away….

For pruning back please ASAP……

  • We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • Thank you for your additional comments.

    A letter was sent to the landowner who has cut back their vegetation, on inspection we found the neighbouring property also needed to cut back their vegetation and an additional letter has been sent to the landowner regarding this.
