Parking on double yellow lines

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6144599.

This parking is out of control now despite many reports. 5 or 6 cars continuously park on the lines holding up traffic and especially buses going straight through when there’s a queue turning right. The owners seem to be in a war with each other over parking there. It’s now getting ridiculous. Sort it out HBC!
