Public Right of Way ploughed to edge

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6142539.

The public right of way along the top of scrubbs farm, adjacent to the woods, has again been ploughed up to the edge of the field, making it difficult to use. 1.5m should be left on public right of way and not ploughed.
