Overgrown foot paths and damaged bridge in Simister Wetlands

Reported via mobile in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 05:40, Sunday 23 June 2024

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6141659.

Paths around ALL of Simister Wetlands are severely overgrown and especially hazardous after rain. Sometimes, Bury Council strim some of it back, but ALL footpaths need to be strimmed. We have a bridge that was sadly vandalised last year and still hasn't been fixed. Again, this is dangerous as it gets slippery when wet and the missing side piece could result in a fall.
