Not reported to council

This car has been dumped on cliftonville ave at the bottom end, covered in a tarpaulin,, is it Sorn , or just abandoned ,, no numberplates

Thanet Council only take reports to their own website, not here. You should see 'Not Reported To Thanet District Council' on top of this page. If the vehicle is on the highway without tax, insurance, number plates or MOT it can be reported to the police although they will try and get you to report to the council. Covering it over with a tarpaulin does not excuse that.
