Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6138625.

I thought council house gardens had to be clean and tidy . This house is a complete eye sore. Too off shortgate Road/Moulsecoomb way has red dump car in front garden and got knows what in back sofa you name. Rats mice etc . What can be done
