Road works on cycle path

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6137128.

As there are road works on a part of the cycle path just after the bridge cyclists are unable to see the high paved cycle path coming after the works and often crush on it. Like I did this morning. And I am a confident Cycle Ride Leader. So definitely a fault here then needs warning signs for cyclist.
