Living in the lorry in a parking bay.

Since lunchtime 20th June 2024 someone is living in the converted lorry in the parking bay without any parking voucher or penalty from a traffic warden.

Updates

I made a mistake, amongst the clutter, the lorry did have a parking voucher but apparently it's not illegal to live in the vehicle when it's parked in a residents bay with a voucher.
