Overgrown bushes and grass blocking the pathway

Overgrown bushes with stingers along the pathway and having to constantly duck underneath to get through, and the grass verge is very high with stingers and my kids are always getting stung walking along. It’s quite messy with rubbish aswell the area is just run down.
