Fly tipping /hedges uncut taking over the lane right the way down to redford crescent entry/exit. reported 20 times over 2 years.BCC IS responsible for ALL environmental issues regardless as to whether part of the lane is unadopted land..it is a health/safety hazard to the public users and needs a total clear out.
