As you're not taking any action to prevent cars blocking this narrow public FOOTPATH, maybe you can cut the hedges to help us disabled elderly and young moms with prams use the FOOTPATH by cutting these hedges back to inside their boundary from grange lane entry point right down to withywood church centre?. 21/6/24.
