More 'Couldn't Care Less' Council Grass Cutting

Council Grass cutters came along , because 1 small vehicle was parked (mine) grass cutter decided to deliberately leave a ridiculous strip right the way along the whole section. More evidence if any were needed that Brighton Council are paying people who have no interest the work they are being paid to do by Council Tax payers. At this point we need a serious discussion with the council who exactly these contractors are or why they are being paid for work that simply doesn't even approach acceptable.
