Bollard has been hit over and is causing an obstruction and a trip hazard

Bollard seems to be have been hit by a vehicle again (due to poor parent parking at nearby school most likely). Bollard is on the corner of Lakeview Chase and Sandhills Avenue It is now sticking up and causing difficult for pedestrians and people with pushchairs etc as its a trip hazard and is meaning it's difficult to get through especially with the overgrown bushes sticking out over the pavement on the otherside
