Massive Pothole/Dangerous road surface

Ever since the roadworks have cleared, there is a major pothole/uneven and dangerous road surface as you exit the roundabout onto Charles Watts Way. You can't really slow down too much for it if you have vehicles close behind and when you go over the surface it vibrates the entire car. I'm assuming its due to any heavy duty vehicles that were used, but it needs to be assess asap.
