Abandoned van hindering entrance to Highfield Park

A white van has been left here for at least three months and hasn't moved. It is blocking the entrance to Nelstrop Rod North (which leads to Highfield Park) from the pavement, making it difficult for wheelchair users and people with prams to get through - they have to go navigate through deep potholes to get around it. The van is covered in detritus and what looks like dog excrement bags. It's very unsightly as well as being a major inconvenience. I have asked local residents and no one knows who it belongs to so I believe it has been abandoned and possibly stolen.
