Incomplete vegetation clearing on footpath
Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 09:54, Wednesday 19 June 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

I am writing to follow up on the recent work conducted on the footpath (BA3 3EE) with poor access due to overgrown vegetation. While we appreciate that your team addressed this issue yesterday, I regret to inform you that the job appears to be incomplete.
There are still two specific areas where the vegetation is overhanging, resulting in continued poor access. If these areas are not addressed promptly, they will soon revert to a state of barely any access.
Additionally, it is disappointing to note that a significant amount of vegetation was left on the footpath and on the pavement at the entrance. This not only detracts from the path’s usability but also poses potential hazards.
Could you please arrange for an inspection of the work carried out by the contractors to ensure it meets the necessary standards and addresses all the problem areas effectively?
I thank you in anticipation for your prompt attention to this matter which co to yes to be a problem.
Kind regards

Our contractor will be returning with a hedge trimmer to cut back the overhanging hedges.
