Resident putting out bags early

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6125475.

A resident on Chevron Street keeps putting out recycling bags at least one (sometimes two) days early. Collections are on Thursday but bags are regularly put out on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
