Junction of Norman Crescent and Armytage Road

I want to report overgrown hedges and weeds. This is very dangerous as it blocks the view for cars driving in/out of Norman crescent street and Armytage road. I live in 1 Norman Crescent TW5 9JR and it is a big problem getting out of our driveway because the hedges are blocking my view of the street ahead.

Also the hedges/weeds are very sharp and they can cut someone so this poses a health and safety risk particularly for school children when they are walking on the footpath and also boundary of bricks edges damage by big lorries turning in and out from Norman Crescent to Armytage Road junction.I would request to please cutt the over grown weeds.Thanks
