Alley way lighting and uneven path

Station Road Alley way going to the rear entrance to the flats from 40-50 Station Road B23 6UE. The path has real bad uneven ground where i have slipped a couple of times and even sprained my ankle, its a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt there also due to no lighting around the area makes it even more difficult to use.
