Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6122962.

Lots of empty bottles of beer, paper bags and general rubbish in the park and surrounding areas of the footpath and pavement. Looks extremely untidy. Please can someone come and clean it.
