The Alley way has large amounts of litter

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6122834.

This alleyway is NEVER cleaned by the local refuse staff. Please ensure the litter is removed and that it is regularly cleaned. It is not acceptable. The local crew have been on site today, but just emptied the bin and ignored the rubbish in the alleyway.
