Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6122440.

Approximately 10 cars parked up on the pavement and right the way along the church. Had my elderly father in a wheelchair and had to dismount and go in the cobbled road!! This is happening way to regularly now!
