Hi there. Whenever the residents of 10 Bowdon Road go out, they put their wheelie bins in the street so that nobody else can park there. See image. This is an offence under the Highways Act. This happens every single time they drive their silver BMW anywhere. They have been doing it for at least seven years. It is unfair on everyone else on the street, as parking is at a premium and spaces are often hard to find. Please discipline this selfish behaviour.
