Abandoned baby car seat and tree branch

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6121159.

A baby car seat was abandoned here by thoughtful parents next a no fly tipping sign, so they have a sense of humour.

A tree branch has also been left here by similarly amusing horticulturalists.
