Blocked drain causing an elbow in Pincey Brook

Under the B1256 there are two road drains, the drain closest to my house is working but because the drain on the other side is not working it causes the flow of water to push towards my bank and not evenly down the middle, this has caused some land to build up and I believe the correct term is creating an 'elbow' towards my property. I have tried in vain to enter the Brook and with a spade try and correct the islands that have appeared. It is too much work for me and I can only do this whilst the water level is so low. Could you investigate the drain under the bridge and could you help with moving some of the new misaligned banking? I have attached pictures for you.
