• 3 months and nothing. Will we still be having this conversation by the time the anniversary rolls around? I would love to be surprised and finally be able to end this dialogue but I doubt it.

  Is anyone even reading this or is it a tick box exercise, same as telling me the contractor has been asked to undertake the cleaning needed?

• They came and blasted out the drain and left the debris all over the pavement, on our drive and up our freshly painted wall. It’s now all washed back into the drain and blocked it again.

  The contractors have been spoken to about the issue and have been reminded of the responsibilities when working for LB Bromley - They were instructed to return and clear any remaining debris. This report will now be closed.
