Diversion sign located outside the Downham tandoori restaurant blocking the view of oncoming pedestrian and traffic for safe exit of vehicles from Castle yard.

Sign erected several weeks ago...and someone took it down ( not me honest) but its back again. it is a large diversion sign for the road closure at the top of lyne road. It is located outside the Downham Tandoori Restaurant. on the corner of castle yard. Several people have access to the yard. When you are in a motor vehicle and you are exiting the yard there is zero visibility of oncoming pedestrians or vehicles because of the signs placement . This sign in its current location is a safety hazard and needs to be rectified before there is a unfortunate accident
