I am a mobility scooter user and was forced to cross to the other side of the road because this car was parked on the dropped kerb, outside the garage next to Wells pharmacy, preventing me from getting past the vehicle. The car has been there since yesterday afternoon. A few years ago, I broke a rib when my scooter overturned as I was trying to get past a van parked on the exact same kerb.
