Overhanging hedges

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6112720.

At the end of this walkway leading from Masefield Rd onto Victoria Rd the hedge is very overgrown to the point that you have to walk in cycle lane. All along Victoria Rd there are hedges like this and the occupiers need to trim them. This particular house is some sort of care home and have to take responsibility before an accident occurs.
