Temporary fencing on the ground near to the remains of bathhouse at Elberry Cove

Reported via desktop anonymously at 09:46, Sun 16 June 2024

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6112703.

Many months ago Torbay Council put up temporary fencing to prevent access to the remains of Lord Churston’s bathhouse at Elberry Cove. The signage warned of danger. The fencing has fallen down or been removed and thrown down so the bathhouse remains can be accessed. So either it is dangerous and the fencing needs to be in place or it is safe so the fencing needs to be removed.

Updates

  • It's obvious Torbay Council have put fencing back up. But is is already falling down/being taken down.
