Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6112062.

Cars are parking all long Quinta road Torquay on both sides of the pavements near to school we are unable to walk on pavement got to walk into road to walk around vehicles on paths when parents are picking up or dropping off kids to school..being disabled can't pass safety on foot paths
