Obstructed Pavement Church St:School Ln to Main Rd

The pavement along the garden wall is obstructed by overhanging branches, bushy weeds and very long thorny rose stems coming down to eye height! It is effectively non-usable by mobility scooters and disabled people. Walking in the road instead is very dangerous due to drivers hurtling around the blind corner. This was reported in 2022 and then cleared by the Council, but it is a a recurrent problem.
