Badly parked vehicles

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6109998.

Both vehicles are fully parked on the path at a junction crossing. Parents with young children, push chairs etc are forced to walk in road which becomes very busy at school run times with cars using it as a rat run. Postcode is LS28 5EE and been happening last few months.

Thanks for this. I have seen this issue previously and had reported to the police. This would come under a police rather than council issue as it counts as obstruction of the highway.
