Small pot holes on edge of pedestrian walk way - uneven

On the Path kerb stone is a drop/small pot hole surface & exiting our WH Yard externally from the perimeter of our boundary fence the drop down exit there surface on the surrounding edge has divots/uneven surface-small pot holes
