Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6108089.

The tree outside my property has become covered in ivy causing it to spread onto my rear fence and causing damage to my panels, please can you remove the offending ivy and perhaps replace my damaged panels. I have spoken to Fareham Borough Council, they informed me it was HCC problem.
