The car is parked well outside of the parking space and into the road; it is also parked in a disabled parking spot despite not having a blue badge - the car itself is a hummer and so big that it is literally impossible for anyone with any mobility issues to get inside as a driver or passenger. The car has been in that spot for at least two weeks
