Massive potholes and uneven surface

Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6106392.

There are really big potholes that cars are having to avoid making them swerve. The surface of the main ring road in all lanes especially the outside lane next to the train training building is really dangerous.
