Obstructing driveway entrance

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6105938.

There has always been a issue with parking in our very small close, Is there anything that can be done to stop vehicles being parked across the access of our driveway. (number 33) Over the years this has been a issue and usually can be resolved by ourselves. Unfortunately this has became more of a recent occurrence where we are unable to enter or leave our driveway.
