Entire pavement is uneven on the South Side

We have a lot of elderly people, as well as young children in and around out road and the entire South side isn't safe or even at all. We had guys here last week to fix half of our pavement outside our house that was marked in white - but the worst part wasn't marked! So they were not allowed to do it, even they said it was ridiculous and to report it, as the less sever side was marked and repaired but not the severe part. Overall the whole South side could do with evening out, as it is so uneven and dangerous, a lot of elderly walk in the road to avoid the uneven pavement as it is too risky to walk on.
