Hi, an engineer from Leap, our utility provider has asked us to report this issue as the Water meter has been tarmaced over - from one of the photos you can see the outline of the water meter. We do not have access to the meter to turn the water off in case of an emergency and we have been unable top provide an accurate reading of usage either. We'd appreciate it if you can attend to this and rectify the issue for us. Many thanks, Christian and Emma at 20 Reed Street, OX11 6FL
