A very noisy manhole cover it’s been about two years that I first reported it .this is a very busy road and the problem is getting worse I have to put earplugs in at night please fix this noisy manhole cover

  • This problem has still not been repaired a very busy road a very noisy manhole cover please advise the water company to repair the problem the noise is terrible and affecting our quality of life
