Lower Huxtable Hill missed cleaning

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6094413.

Lower Huxtable Hill was missed when the street sweeper vehicles came to the area. Not swept since before xmas. Assumed they left as the hopper was full, but didn't return. Maybe they didn't actually do to the road edges?
