Hedge growing across Bridge Road

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6092012.

It is growing into Bridge Road, just beyond the junction of Grange Road, as it goes down the hill to a 90 degree bend. There is a long hedge that’s grown significantly into the road, making it IMPOSSIBLE for two vehicles to pass each other on an almost blind bend. It’s a solid hedge, and not one you can drive into.It’s grown well over the kerbstones. Please find out who is responsible as there is no clear property here, and you have a duty to ensure your highways are clear.
