Shrubs / bushes blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6090708.

There is a Bush overhanging from someone's property which is nearly full obstructing the pavement here - you nearly have to walk into the road to get around it. Very dangerous for anyone with vision or mobility issues. I believe it has been there for some months now - I haven't been walking this way long enough to give an exact timescale.
