Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6090335.

The nearest manhole cover in the picture us obviously loose and makes a loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it. it will obviously break unless repaired.
