Oil dumped

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6089463.

In the last few days some unknown perpetrator has poured an oil-like substance on the pavement between 174a and 176 Brynland Avenue. These properties sit either side of a small access lane. There is a small puddle which has remained in place for a number of days. Have no idea how to clean this but could be hazardous to animals and humans etc
