Replaced footpath lamp F5 not working, Archerhill Rd G13

Access open space between 89-93 Archerhill Rd, up both sets of steps and turn right, F5 is just behind the first house.

The lamp was replaced with an LED one on the week beginning 27th May. It is not coming on at all.
