Manhole cover on road loose and making terrible noise day and night and disturbing sleep

  • Shieldhall road is an extremely busy road with traffic. The noise from this manhole cover is constant day and night. We already suffer with ambulance sirens not to mention helicopters flying overhead. The noise from the manhole cover is insufferable and disrupting sleep. A quick response would be appreciated.   • Loose manhole cover still not fixed. Shieldhall road despite reporting the problem 1 month ago. The noise is unbearable.
