Tree needs maintenance

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6088627.

Tree opposite 74 and 76 Madeira Ave. still has its watering bag, wire surround and stake from many years ago which need removing.

The tree is also growing at an angle and needs straightening and ?re-staking.
