Illegal felling of HEALTHY ash trees

Reported via mobile in the Tree in poor health category anonymously at 14:32, Mon 10 June 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6088359.

These HEALTHY ash trees have been felled illegally by the occupant of 34 Colston Dale BS16 1TR, because he maintains one of them was causing shade on his patio. He was actually witnessed in action by a BCC employee who advised me to report this issue to you. These trees cannot re-grow and we cannot have people believing they can cut down trees on public land with no accountability. This offence should attract a hefty fine at the very least as a deterrent to others.
